PROJECT BACKGROUND
AJ Engineering & Construction Services Ltd provide a wide spectrum of engineering services ranging from steel fabrication and CNC machining to cladding and civil engineering, with our highly experienced team we provide on-time, on-budget quality solutions. Based in Forres and Fort William, the team is accustomed to travel to meet their customers needs, working in sectors such as rail, MOD, nuclear, water, construction, marine and more.
PROBLEM AND REQUIREMENTS
The company encountered increasing difficulties in managing its workforce, prompting a search for a Time and Attendance System to assist with workforce management. They sought a solution for tracking employee hours, recording data, and generating reports to support payroll processes. In the past, limited information and visibility often resulted in confusion and inconsistencies in pay calculations and attendance monitoring.

SOLUTION
To overcome the challenges faced by the client, we implemented the Timebox Time and Attendance system, a comprehensive time and attendance solution tailored to enhance Workforce Management, in particular employee and payroll administration. The Timebox time and attendance system automates clocking monitoring, streamlines the tracking of employee working hours while detecting anomalies and instances where employees forget to clock in or clock out. Additionally, the Timebox system facilitates payroll preparation by generating periodic clocking reports.
